    Fix the license notice to be MIT and not ICS · 4e640dd4

    As mentioned by Vicent in #246, Redcarpet is released under the MIT
license but the notice inside the COPYING file and the C files was
the ICS' one.

Also fixed the copyright date to be 2015.

Fixes #502.
