Fix log issue at end of the script and allow empty contacts

  • Fix issue with string formatting at end of the script
  • Allow empty contacts
  • Remove Jessie-Backports Docker image as Debian has discontinued backports for Jessie.
  • For Jessie and Stretch Docker images, use -slim versions which are a little bit lighter on disk.
